Epson’s Super Resolution technology and Frame Interpolation creates a sharper, clearer viewing experience with a smoother, more fluid screen movement.

Connect your WiHD devices directly to the projector, or alternatively plug your non-WiHD devices into Epson’s HD transmitter. Five HDMI inputs connect different devices, which you control with a single remote. Its wide lens shift and powerful zoom lens make it quick and easy to set up in a variety of positions. The centered lens and front exhaust offer great flexibility during installation. The ISF certification ensures an accurate color management to provide the best display.

3D content is noticeably bright thanks to Epson’s luminance enhancement technology. By doubling the refresh rate from 240 Hz to 480 Hz, crosstalk effect is dramatically reduced, meaning the blackout period between left and right eye images is cut down. Featuring two pairs of lightweight, rechargeable Radio Frequency (RF) active shutter 3D glasses, included with the projector, you can enjoy content without interference.   Film is encoded on Blu-ray at 24 frames per second. FineFrame deconstructs and reconstructs these sources for a 1080p frame rate output of up to 120 Hz, virtually eliminating flicker and frame-to-frame judder. The 4:4 pull down function also makes corrections for improperly encoded sources, and features a reverse 2:3 pull down detection and correction function.
